Services
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments for FREE with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be available at the discretion of Wildflower Advocacy & Consulting LLC and are NOT guaranteed. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of Wildflower Advocacy & Consulting LLC. Refunds for services will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Wildflower Advocacy & Consulting LLC.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, downloadable resources, and online courses, are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made. If you encounter any issues with your digital product, please contact us at brittany@wildfloweradvocacy.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
