All services are provided based on the information and needs communicated by the client. We aim to offer the best advice and support based on our expertise and experience, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to facilitate the delivery of our services. Clients must also actively participate in the process, including attending scheduled meetings, following through with recommended strategies, and communicating promptly.
4. Payment and Fees
Payment for services and digital products is due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. Failure to pay for services or products may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Services
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be available at the discretion of Wildflower Advocacy & Consulting LLC and are NOT guaranteed. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of Wildflower Advocacy & Consulting LLC. Refunds for services will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Wildflower Advocacy & Consulting LLC.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, downloadable resources, and online courses, are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made. If you encounter any issues with your digital product, please contact us at brittany@wildfloweradvocacy.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
